Abstract: 

ONTOLOGIES ARE ONE OF THE IMPORTANT AND EFFECTIVE PARTS OF SEMANTIC WEB WHICH CONSTITUTE THE INFRASTRUCTURE AND BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE OF THIS REALM OF WEB SCIENCE. FINDING VALID MAPPINGS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BETWEEN THE CONCEPTS OR ENTITIES OF ONTOLOGIES, ESPECIALLY FOR THE LARGE ONES, IS A PROMINENT TASK TO ALIGN THOSE CONCEPTS TOGETHER AND FINALLY MERGE AND INTEGRATE THEIR ONTOLOGIES TO MAKE A GENERAL AND GLOBAL ONTOLOGY THAT IS SMALLER AND MORE FLEXIBLE IN MANY APPLICATIONS OF SEMANTIC WEB. THIS PAPER DESCRIBES A NEW LEARNING-BASED ONTOLOGY MAPPING METHOD IN WHICH INDUCTIVE logic Programming (ILP) IS USED TO LEARN ONTOLOGY MAPPING USING INFORMATION GATHERED FROM INSTANCES OF EACH ENTITY IN ORDER TO MAKE SOME CORRECT AND VALID ALIGNMENTS BETWEEN CONCEPTS OF DIFFERENT ONTOLOGIES.

Abstract: 

Usually two-dimensional substitution is used for the production of integrated circuits. Due to heavy use of communications, two-dimensional substitution has high losses as well as, density of elements is low in it. To resolve this problem, three-dimensional substitution method was proposed. Rather than the two-dimensional arrangement of elements in a row, elements are layout in three dimensions in this substitution. In this paper, three-dimensional substitution algorithms using order used in two-dimensional substitution, three-dimensional substitution analysis by mPL and three-dimensional substitution simultaneous with two-dimensional substitution by mPL have been studied in terms of structure and function, and a butterfly processing element (PE) and an Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) block and a wireless MIMO decoder to assess them have been implemented with the mentioned methods. . Applying these methods shows that the use of face to face integration by microbuses in communications of substitution algorithm, on average, improves the maximum clock and block speed of AES encryption to 15. 3% and the maximum clock and block speed of PE module to 22. 6% as well as the maximum clock and speed of MIMO modules to 17. 1%, while the use of these methods has led to the average reduction in power consumption of 2. 6% for the AES module and the average reduction in power of 12. 9% for the PE module and the average reduction in power consumption of 5. 1% for MIMO module.

Abstract: 

Future is less predictable, but the remarkable point is that organizations can prepare themselves to encounter it which will result in the creation of competitive advantage for them. In order to develop in the insecure environment, organizations should leave their one-dimensional view toward the future, and consider the probable events in the future in their planning, using a multi-dimensional viewpoint. The methodology that is introduced in this article is a modern one because it combines the general method of formulating strategies with the two common tools that are used in order to fight uncertainty, namely, scenario planning and fuzzy logic. Using the uncertain elements that exist in the environment, this method embarks on designing possible scenarios facing the organization, and with the help of the fuzzy information supplied by the experts, it sets to select the most robust strategy of the organization in the fuzzy inference system. This strategy is selected in such a way that under all possible conditions of the occurrence of scenarios, it is justifiable and not necessarily the optimal choice; and enjoys the best possible performance from among all the scenarios that are specified for the future. In this paper, we compare the common method of strategy formulation with the formulation of strategy through the robust methodology, then, we examine the results obtained from implementation of both methods in a case study in a real organization.

Abstract: 

logic circuits in digital electronics can generally be classified two categories-combinational and sequential logic circuits.There are several software-based applications and hardware description languages to describe the structure and behavior of electronic circuits.Although it is an easy to construct a state transition table from the state transition diagram,creating an excitation table according to the memory element type in the sequential circuit design is a very laborious and time-consuming task.After the logic functions extracted from the state transition tables are obtained,logic design verification can be carried out by a conventional simulator.This will require time and persistence much like learning any other skill.Computer science degrees include courses focused mainly on Programming languages.There’s a strong case to be made for use of skills acquired in Programming courses to shorten the learning curve.Thus, this work has proposed a method for the implementation of the circuit only the state equations of the sequential circuit without dealing with excitation tables.This eliminates the process of constructing the circuit schematically, since it does not require flip-flop selection.In this method, since the state equations can be expressed through buttonbox,checkbox,textbox etc.which are the basic elements of the Programming language,the behavior of the circuit can be observed in a very short time.

Abstract: 

One of the most important economic project evaluation methods and the comparison between them is current values. This method is one of the most important and the simplest techniques in engineering economy. The calculation of the present value of the traditional methods to compare projects is not enough because it does not consider a major uncertainty factor. In this paper, we present an approach for the selection of projects by using current value. In order to include the uncertainties in the problem, fuzzy logic is used. Then, using analytic hierarchy process and binary integer Programming with respect to the other objectives of the project, the most economical project was chosen. This model considers qualitative and quantitative objective and uncertainty to select the best projects in real-world situations.

Abstract: 

One of the issues of reliable performance in the power grid is the existence of electromechanical oscillations between interconnected generators. The number of generators participating in each electromechanical oscillation mode and the frequency oscillation depends on the structure and function of the power grid. In this paper, to improve the transient nature of the network and damping electromechanical fluctuations, a decentralized robust adaptive control method based on dynamic Programming has been used to design a stabilizing power system and a complementary static var compensator (SVC) controller. By applying a single line to ground fault in the network, the robustness of the designed control systems is demonstrated. Also, the simulation results of the method used in this paper are compared with controllers whose parameters are adjusted using the PSO algorithm. The simulation results show the superiority of the decentralized robust adaptive control method based on dynamic Programming for the stabilizing design of the power system and the complementary SVC controller. The performance of the control method is tested using the IEEE 16-machine, 68-bus, 5-area is verified with time domain simulation.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The interesting physical assets and accessibility of indium-111 make it an engrossing radioisotope for radiopharmaceutical research [1-2]. The increasing trend in the production and use of PET radionuclides in nuclear medicine has offered new opportunities for researchers to focus on new methods for production of radiopharmaceuticals for their future PET radio nuclides. In this way, automation and use of computers, PLCs, sensors, electronic boards are favor to manual production line and so our aim is to develop the present AMIRS' production line of Indium-111 oxyquinoline by PLCs. key words: [111In] -Oxinate, imaging agents, Automatic Preparation, PLCMethods: Indium-111 oxyquinoline (oxine) is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical intended for radio labeling autologous leukocytes. [111In] -Oxinate is the Agricultural, Medical and Industrial Research School (AMIRS) product that supplied as a sterile, non-pyrogenic, isotonic aqueous solution with a pH range of 6.5 to 7.5. The radionuclide impurity limit for indium 114m is not greater than 37kBq, per 37 MBq, of indium 111 at the time of calibration. All steps of the process were carried out manually and hence it increases the risk of human mistakes. In this work, the Indium-111 oxyquinoline production line is redesigned by using mini Logo PLC to decrease the role of human operating to produce medical drugs in a precision and repeatable manner.Results: By means of PLC's total production it minimizes radiation exposure to production line personnel and minimum adequate shielding of the preparation that must be maintained at all the production time. Accurate amounts of HBr are used and so the final products have accurate PH as programmed in PLCs.Conclusion: This study was conducted to investigate and illustrate the use of PLC's in production of [111In] - Oxinate Complexes as imaging agents. Through the automatic production we obtain high quality radiopharmaceutical with low cost and minimum waste produced.

Abstract: 

We know for logic two systems: the Ancient logic and the Modern logic, which are inconsistent in some points of view. In this paper, I want to see if Ancient logic, versus Modern logic, is really one logic, has one set of rules, and introduces one methodology. There are many disagreements on the number and the exact formulation of the valid rules of Ancient Predicate logic. For instance, the various formulations of the Obversion and Contraposition (the congruent and the opposite) can be mentioned as evidence for the claim. Since Aristotle has not spoken of contraposition, it can be concluded that adding the two forms of contraposition to his logical rules provide us with two new logical systems, in which the formulations of the quantified propositions differ from that in Aristotle’s system. Also, since there have appeared different theories on Congruent Contraposition and the Obvertion between Muslim logicians, the number of the systems has reached the six. In this paper, introducing an exact definition for each of these systems, I present suitable formulations for the quantified propositions at the mentioned six systems.

Abstract: 

Each organization has missions and goals set up to achieve them, and it has responsibilities to ensure that the goals are achieved. One of these tasks is to put the organization in line with its goals and strategies. For this purpose, a functional management model is needed that includes criteria and components appropriate to the organization's requirements. Of course, different models for organizational performance management have been provided by the thinkers of this field, which organizations should use in accordance with their mission, structure and type of organization, so hotels are not excluded from this rule. And they should look for a model with the appropriate criteria for their particular characteristics. Regarding this issue, in the present study, by first reviewing articles, researches, books and various sources, criteria for managing organizational performance in the hotel industry were extracted in three general categories of propulsion, dimensions and performance results. Then, these criteria were given to the experts and through the Delphi fuzzy method and in four stages, 35 criteria were approved and finalized. In order to prioritize the criteria, the logistic-fuzzy preferential Programming approach was used and all the criteria were weighed and prioritized.
